I first traveled to Washington D.C. as early as 1990 as a chaperone for one of the schools that we still take today. The experience is one that I will never forget, and decided immediately that I wanted to go back. I then went on to chaperone with that same school for the next 6 or 7 years. Each time learning more and more about our nations capitol and our proud American Heritage. I had no idea that I would one day be a licensed Washington D.C. Guide and be able to pass on all the things that I had previously learned from the K&K guides. It is now an honor to be a part of a very unique group of people where our main focus is to preserve America’s Heritage. I particularly enjoy connecting with the students and showing them that American History can be fun. Be prepared to walk, learn, and have the experience of a lifetime if “Taco” should be your guide.
